How to setup PCs on two separate Internet connections under one network?
I have two locations, each with it’s own internet connection and hooked up PCs. I would like to configure all of them under same “Home Network” so that resources can be shared even remotely. How hard is that?
OK, again, I have two locations, 10 miles from each other. Each location has internet connection and router hooking up several PCs, network printers, network hard drives. It’s easy to setup “home network” for each of these locations, but how to “merge” them into single one, communicating over internet? Hope this clarified it a bit. Thanks for answers
Not too difficult, depending on where your computers are. The best way to do this is to get a network hub or router. Both of your computers will connect through this. Then, under Network Settings, you simply create a network on both computers using the same name, and they should recognize whatever resources you have shared from the other computer.
