can anyone tell me if there iis any college abroad where i can complete my degree.?
i am doing my diploma in electronics and this is my last and i want a college where freeship and scholarship is given to the backward classes students

Your question isn’t very clear, but I read it to mean that this is your last year of a degree program in electronics, and you want to go to another country (without paying for it) to finish up. I also take the “backward classes students” to mean that you haven’t been doing well?
If I’m reading this correctly, your chances at this point don’t sound good. While there are a number of countries which offer free university educations, the fact that the education is free usually means that they have many students, and thus no need to admit a student from another country with low grades.
“Electronics” is not usually a university program – in the U.S. it is usually something you study in community college – and that would mean that you would be looking at technical schools, not universities, abroad. While I suppose you could study at a technical school in another country, scholarships (I’ve never heard of the term “freeship”) are usually given to only the very best students or those with some other talent (such as athletic skill) which makes them extremely desirable.
If you really want to go abroad, at this point, you might check with your school’s study abroad office. It won’t be free, and you won’t finish up there (most schools require you to finish up at your own institution), but if you are looking to go abroad…
